QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is international boutique hotel chain. The chain grows so fast and gives great importance to their employees.
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role,
* Proficiency in English both oral and spoken,
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
* Professional and pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role,
* Able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner,
* This role requires working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

İŞ TANIMI
* Make sure all the reservations in Opera system is in order,
* Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately,
* Providing excellent check-in and check- out process,
* Providing excellent concierge service according to guests needs,
* Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls,
* Receiving and sorting daily mail,
* Supporting and coordinating with other departments when needed,
* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material,
* Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers,
* Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Preferred Candidate
More than 1 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
