QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Taking the corporate culture, policy and procedures into account in the HR activities. Coordinating with the top management when setting company targets. Planning towards company objectives and working towards enhancement of business capability. Regulating the recruitment policy of the company according to universal principles and local labor legislation. Performing works towards building teams ( Business analysis, job classification , job descriptions.) Creating the salary system. Preparing monthly payroll and salary files. Maintaining Social Security Institution registry and Turkish Employment Organization procedures. Prepare annual and strategy HR Budgets. Performing works related to recruitment. Hiring the selected staff and offering orientation training. Helping existing employees with their problems. Listening to work related problems of employees and working to enhance their conditions. Acting as a bridge between the top , medium and lower management of the company and the employees to solve problems and act as a mediator where necessary. Establishing and managing the performance evaluation system. Applying training and development programs. Ensuring the staff to blend with each other through social events. Finding out the reasons for leaving work. Offering all sorts of applicable motivation theories. Completing the relevant procedure for leaving staff. Following the paid leaves; registering the staff with doctor's notes. Preparing reports of HR activities and submitting them to top management. Complying with confidentiality statement and disciplinary procedures. Conducting the processes of administrative affairs.


Diploma in Business Administration with specific HR Knowledge. Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources. Sufficient level of knowledge of legislation and labor law. Having command of MS Office Software. Ability to analyze , interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment. Good writing , listening and speaking skills in English. Business awareness and commercial focus. Team management experience.
