Our client is one of the market leading gas providers. For their future development plans, we're looking for:

"Indirect Buyer"

P.S: This is a great opportunity for Indirect Procurement professionals who are ready to take a place in a global organization and it's new re-structured procurement function.

Candidate will work as 1 man show, directly reporting to abroad (Cluster Category Leader) and will be responsible for company's Indirect buying activities.
 

Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

Bachelor Degrees from reputable universities, Master degree is a plus,

3 to 5 years of Indirect Procurement experience in global companies is a must;

Strong communication and negotiating skills, very good commercial approach;

Having high individual working discipline, familiar with autonomous working style;

Having strategic and value added approach, high analytic skills is a must;

Fluency in English is a must.

İŞ TANIMI

Directly reporting to Expat, our candidate will be responsible for:

1. Sourcing execution (day to day sourcing activities)

Apply sourcing strategy or instructions defined by Europe Procurement Policy and Frame agreements
Develop and apply own sourcing strategy for categories, not governed by European Procurement Policy and Frame agreements
Elaborate specifications and statement of work with requesters
Identify potential suppliers and propose the list of potential suppliers to requesters
Launch RFQ to pre-selected suppliers and facilitate the process of suppliers selection (technical and commercial) with requesters
Select supplier and negotiate contracts
Contract Implementation and Management
Explain contracts for deployment and appropriate execution in the system
Establish measures and controls to ensure and track successful implementation of the contract

2. Suppliers relationship management

Lead SRM activities for key suppliers of her/his category
Manages supplier relationships (Guarantees, Penalties, Claims, Supplier Reviews, Performance and risks management (in case of complex situation)
Ensure compliance based on supplier qualification incl. audit, CSR, Risk Management and contribute to those

3. Stakeholders management

Develop and manage relationship with internal customers
Lead working sessions with internal customers to identify TCO reduction opportunities
Boost influence and recognition of the procurement function within the community of Business Stakeholders

4. Continuous Improvement

Conduct periodic surveys to measure customer feedback for continuous improvement in collaboration with the Performance Management Lead
Undertake corrective actions with suppliers to improve performance and track progress

5. Reporting

Analyze spot buys reduction opportunities provided by Procurement Operations Lead
Provide periodic activity reporting (Monthly Follow up on savings)
