QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
This offer is excellent opportunity for extending and developing your skills. We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Manager who can effectively and efficiently supervise our business growth and succesfull candidate should have followings, engineering degree , Quality based thinking , process oriented approach ,Customer orientation ,min. 5 years experience as a Quality Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry.Good Command of English and Strong team management skills.

- Leading and developing the quality team on site;
- Planning and conducting internal and quality audits;
- Supporting purchasing in critical quality issues of supplier management;
- Customer complaints management in case of escalation or importance;
- Supplier complaints management;
- Manage of all customer & top management visits / audits;
- Organization of quality related customer visits;
- Quality planning as part of a project;
- Improve reliability of new product development processes;
- Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality;
- Follow up internal & customer indicators / KPIs and drive the results with team to achieve to the targets;
- Assists All Team about problem solving tools and lead people to solve the problem systematically.
Preferred Candidate
10 - 25 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
