QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Our client is one of the global manufacturers. For their future strategic development plans, we're lookig for:

"Sales Engineer"

Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
 
Bachelor Degrees from reputable universities, Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred;
Minimum 3 years of active field based “Project/Solution Sales” background within Industrial markets under global companies is a must;
Having customer portfolio and “Project/Solution Sales” experience in Automotive (Tier-1 and OEMs) and/or Metalworking industries is a must;

Dynamic, result oriented and proactive skills;
Open for travel;
Fluency in English is a must.

There’s no location preference, Istanbul, Bursa or other cities in Marmara Region will be mostly suitable.

İŞ TANIMI


Directly reporting to Sales Director, our candidate will be responsible for:
 
- Managing whole sales process by providing value propositions based on company's product features and benefits which align with customer requirements;
- Potential client targeting in order to increase business volume via end-user relations development and partner management;
- Giving result oriented technical consultancy and preparing action plans for obtaining sustainable long term partnerships with new potential customers and key accounts in related markets;
- Analyzing industry dynamics and trying to offer premium solutions that enable company to penetrate effectively in the territory;
- Acting as "technology advisor" for both partners and end users that aim to establish successful commercial agreements with reflecting technical added value of the systems.
