Our client is manufacturing leader with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes, and industry; turbochargers; and performance materials.

  • He/she is responsible to grow and build the sales organizations in Turkey & Central Asia, to optimize top and bottom line of the regional P&L for the business. Hire best sales skills to grow the business on a profitable way. Developed high-level (CxO) business relationships with top corporations, alliances and channel partners;

  • He/she should come with a sound experience in coaching virtual sales team on the way to success and to ensure operational excellence, proper forecasting and a review philosophy. Implement a stretch goal culture. Facilitated collaboration with all lines-of-business and functions within Honeywell on a European and global level to maximize an organized and efficient team-approach;

  • Established a culture of operational excellence: weekly forecasting, monthly reviewing and quarterly business review;
  • Introduced and tracked a culture of success: Freedom and Reviewing;
  • P&L Integrity;
  • Experienced in owning P&L based business;
  • Successfully managed operation with top and bottom line growth;
  • Whole product delivery - Solution Selling;
  • Ensured best customer experience based on team and channel excellence;
  • Skilled in ensuring success in matrix organizations;
  • Market approval;
  • Experienced in team play with press: Strategic, technical and business interviews;
  • Skilled presenter to large audiences;
  • Introduced a celebrate and communicate success culture;
  • Implement underlying operational excellence;
  • Execute this strategy across the region.

7-8 years of experience in AutoID industry.

7-8 years of experience in Transport and Logistics market.

Sales Methodology certificate appreciated.

Customer Focused.

Focused on direct customer influence.

Successfully managed big international and intercultural sales team to success.

Known in the markets at CxO level.

Fluent in English.

Preferred Candidate

5 - 10 years of experience
