Our client is one of the leading global company in Turkey. For their future development plans, we are looking for a

" Senior HSE Specialist"

• Support plant management, Leaders, employees on all occupational safety and health topics
• Implementation of legal requirements and guidelines in occupational safety and health protection
• Coordination of risk assessment (workplace evaluations)
• Coordination and participation in implementation measures for the improvement of occupational safety
• Coordination of health circles
• Implementation of company guidelines in the area of occupational safety and health protection at the site
• Tracking and report the H&S targets (KPIs)
• Participation in the organization, implementation and coordination of internal and external trainings courses/instructions in H&S
• Support of internal and external audits
• Implementation of best practice examples in H&S
• Support for investment projects and official approval procedures
• Safety inspections
• Analysis and documentation of unsafe situations, near misses and occupational accidents incl. derivation of Countermeasures and verification of effectiveness
• Support of the internal software for documentation and communication of incidents in H&S

• University degree in related area. At least 8 years of experience in a multinational company.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent analytic and communication skills. Must be willing to take on a hands-on role.
