Overall objective/Purpose of position
Your duties:
Implement respective Customer segment strategy for the country Responsibility of the product & marketing strategy in line with market needs & corporate guidelinesManage the respective Customer segment, ensuring the implementation of strategy plans in the relevant product categories and of commercial best practice conceptsOversee Marketing for the respective Customer segment: market monitoring for the country Ensure all product launches are in line to the agreed Customer segment goals (growth, timeframe, costs)Execution of international marketing activities and promotions or local campaigns in line with market needs and corporate guidelines with the goal to generate leads in targeted markets (analog-to-digital) Executing all relevant online topics Responsible for revising translations and localization Organisation of local events, trade fairs and trainings in line with corporate guidelines and material Provision of relevant sales & marketing tools for the country sales teams Provide inputs for development of long-term strategy for respective Customer segment businessCooperate closely with the Country Sales Manager and Reg. Product & Customer Segment Director HCS/LMD to identify and evaluate growth potentials within the Customer segment & define product requirementsBuild close relationships and partnerships to key stakeholders in the country and relevant target groups, retailers, co-operations Regular planning, ordering, reporting and monitor of stock (close cooperation with logistic department) Close cooperation/support with sales team Key User for Professional for the new ERP system implementation
Your profile:
Graduate/Post Graduate 3+ years business experience in Marketing Experience in product management as well as marketing operations around a premium brandPreferably wide marketing experience (on-/offline, direct / indirect) and in Digital MarketingGood understanding of B2B/commercial businesses in the respective Customer segment locallyStrong track record of successfully growing a product category or Customer segment Ability to manage multiple product categories Customer centric mindset – service first Experience in working closely with Headquarter and agencies Superior ability to build relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders in the marketExperience in working across borders in an International frame (optional) Premium representation skills, inspiring people with positive energyExcellent written and verbal communication in English
