RF IC Design Engineer

MKR-IC is looking for a "RF IC Design Engineer" with the following qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience, including a combination of education and industry experience, in the design of RF & mmW integrated circuits such as LNA, phase shifters, attenuators, mixer, switches and bias reference circuits
• Understanding of sub-micron CMOS/SiGe technologies, device physics and advanced process technologies
• Good understanding of RFIC & mmW design techniques and ability to perform EM analysis is plus
• Ability to create test setups and measure individual performance parameters of ICs is plus
• Expertise with industry standard EDA tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design highly-integrated state of the art microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuits
• Perform layout and modeling for RF IC design
• Create comprehensive design documentation and presentation for design review and customer meetings
