Quality Assurance Specialist (QA-1927)

MilSOFT, the first CMMI-Level 5 Company in Turkey, invites talented and experienced engineers that will join our Quality Management team who continuously raises the bar for process and product quality assurance activities.

Basic Qualifications:

MUST:

1. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, in Software Engineering or Computer Science or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

2. Experience:

Practical working experience (3 years as minimum)

• On one or more of the software engineering practices (i.e., requirement analysis, design, coding, testing,) as a member of the development team,

• on reviewing engineering work products as a peer reviewer (e.g., source code, requirement specifications, design, test plans and test cases)

• with C/C++ and Java Programming Languages,

• UML and object oriented analysis and design,

• on software development lifecycles (SDLC)

• on software engineering processes and best practices

3. Skills:

• Analytical thinking, analysis and problem-solving,

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment,

• Being result oriented,

• Eager to learn continuously.

Preferred Qualifications:

PREFERRED:

• Practical working experience in quality management

• Experience in the product domains of MilSOFT products.

• Practical working experience in agile teams

• Knowledge and experience onDO-178, IEEE 12207, CMMI-DEV, AS 9100 NATO AQAP standards, Use of statistical process control techniques,

• Working on business process management and modeling.

• Experience on people management
