We specialize in middle and senior management recruitment in various sectors and countless job functions.

We are looking for a " Human Resources Business Partner (Düzce plant)" for our client. Our client is one of the leading Pharmaceuticals companies in Turkey.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting process, testing, interviewing, candidate selection.;
  • Conducting orientation and training programs;
  • Implementation of new HR policies, procedures, processes and documentation;
  • Established performance management system, prepared and conducted three trainig programs and coached managers and all level employees on performance management issues and processes;
  • Updated job families;
  • Dealing with all disciplinary HR issues depending on job results and all other aspects;
  • Ensuring legal compliance to regularity and being in line with current employment law and labor safety regulations;
  • Administering compensation and benefits;
  • Preparing and conducting training programs on HR Systems for top management and all levels of employees;
  • Measuring employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience related to several aspects of HR Generalist duties,
  • Good knowledge of employment / labor laws across Turkey,
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures,
  • Strong organization skills, including ability to proactively follow up on ongoing projects, and strict attention to detail,
  • Excellent communication and people skills,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
