QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for our client. Our client is one of the leading Crane manufacturer in Turkey operating at a global scale.


This role will be reporting to Assistant General Manager.


The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards,
  • Responsible for the company quality management system and ensures the quality systems effectively implemented including all prerequisite programs,
  • Understands the customer's needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams,
  • Coordinate efforts with other departments to meet plant objectives through process audits, analysis of process and product data, vendor monitoring and improvement of machine performance,
  • Establishes measurable quality standards within organization and improve for overall effectiveness,
  • Formulating a Supplier Quality solution by combining previous experiences, and by composing newly acquired Supplier quality knowledge,
  • Leading multi-disciplinary change projects in supplier quality, managing deliverables of others, ensuring milestones are met,
  • Lead and develop action plans with production, engineering, and division Quality Assurance to improve the product specifications, analytical procedures, and sampling programs and ensure that they are appropriate and meet system capability and key consumer requirements,
  • Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings,
  • Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field,
  • Experienced in welding and machining manufacturing,
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality field with managerial experience,
  • Good working knowledge of quality improvement system and International standard system,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Strong Negotiation and Relationship building with ability to influence at all levels and build sustainable relationship with key stake holders,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Has analytical thinking features, dynamic and motivated.
