We are looking for an "Talent Acquisition Specialist" for our client. Our client is a sector leading production company operating at a global scale.

Directly reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will be located in the Istanbul office on the European Side and will be covering mainly the following tasks:

·       To meet the current requirements of HR processes and operations,

·       Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding and induction of all new hires. Support in developing diverse source and tools for effective recruitment,

·       Participate the preparation and updating policies, procedures and standards,

·       Support retention plans and employee engagement and employer branding activities,

·       Working very closely with line managers to understand the business needs and to ensure a certain level of communication with every single colleague,

·       Being the first point of contact for all employees in their account, following up all legal processes,

·       Implementing the recruitment processes for their account in line with company strategies and investment plans,

·       Taking active role in developing and implementing talent management processes due to employees’ competencies and following up their career paths, managing the entire process related to performance management,

·       Thinking of new ideas in all HR processes align with company strategies and agile mindset, taking part in internal HR projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       University degree in a related department,

·       At least 3 years of experience in core Human Resources areas, especially in talent acquisition function,

·       Recruitment consulting experience is a plus,

·       Excellent communication skills in English,

·       Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

·       Self-motivated, detail & result oriented with strong planning and organizational skills,

·       Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks,

·       Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills,
