As a Long Term Intern (İşkur) you will get the chance to work with one of the media agencies, support the business in the management of the various account portfolios and participate in the smooth running of day-to-day activities. You will be exposed to various aspects of digital and traditional media.

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent,
• Able to work project based on the job training program of İşkur,
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills,
• Strong attention to details and comfortable with numbers,
• Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure,
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Has a high self awareness skill,
• Has passion to learn and improve,
• High level of Excel and PowerPoint knowledge,
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide support in media proposals,
• Optimize and report on campaign performance,
• Ensure smooth campaign implementation - from processing the bookings for an approved media plan, to putting together a copy call, to following up to ensure that materials are delivered on time and to specifications,
• Ensure regular reporting is delivered on time and accurately,
• Ensure that campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies,
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing. This include, but not limited to reconciliation of third party invoices,
• Provide support in emerging media technology, new business, corporate processes and initiatives.
