QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Computer literate, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Have driver’s license
  • Able to travel
  • Good communication and social skills
  • University Graduate (preferably from an aviation related discipline)
  • Excellent English skills in reading, writing and speaking (A second language is a plus)
  • Hardworking individual willing to work flexible hours, this role is not simply 9-5.


General Tasks

  • Communicating with existing and potential customers regularly in order to stay informed and develop relationships.
  • Monitoring and following up emails regularly .
  • Keeping email lists, company web site updated.
  • Ensure all invoices are raised with correct and accurate information payments are received in time.
  • To carry out any other duties within the competence of the role holder, as requested (including additional working hours as and when required).
  • Preparing email campaigns.
  • Conducting customer research.

Special Task

  • Making business development calls, prospecting of new customers through research.
  • Sending email campaigns for Empty Legs.
  • Making follow up calls and sending emails for gathering feedback on charter quotes sent.
  •  Following up flight plans for a A/C within Turkey from Eurocontrol and generating summary reports to supervisors.
  • Preparing quote/proforma invoice for charter requests through company system.
  • Collecting quotes/pricing from platforms such as Avinode, Fly Victor, Avimall or similar.
  • Conducting flight coordination with Operation Control Center.
  • Managing executive charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report reporting.
  • Developing an expert understanding of the business jets and chartering process.
  • Keep up to date with industry changes, procedures and requirements relating to job role.
