Logistic Specialist

We are looking for Logistic Expert who will take part in the Izmir office of our company, has an extensive logistic power in maritime, airway and land transportation areas and will contribute to the development of two-way business volume at Turkey and the EU Region&Russia

·        Only Turkish Citizen (Living in Izmir)

·        Job Type: Full-Time

·        Experience: Min 3 years as International Logistic, Shipping and Sales Specialist

·        Location: Izmir/ Alsancak

Skills Required

·        3 years of shipping experience at Freight Forwarder companies or at least being a shipping graduate

·        Working experience with at Maersk, MSC, CMA and know process of booking

·        Working experience with all shipping lines represented in Turkey

·        Experience of working with a customs consultant

·        Having a global business development vision and infrastructure in the Logistics / Transportation / Import / Export / 

·        Carrying out studies to identify potential customers and bring them to our company.

·        To convey the services we provide and our service quality in the most accurate way, verbally and in writing.

·        To realize the process, communication and relationship management that will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·        Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.

·        Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

·        Track, trace and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

·        Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.

·        Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.·        Having a global business development vision and infrastructure in the Logistics for sea/truck (priority) and avia shipments

·        Strong representation and communication skills

·        Open to change and development, analytical thinking ability, result and solution oriented

·        Disciplined, follower, strong planning and organizational skills

·        Has a dynamic and enthusiastic approach

·        Multitasking & prioritizing

·        English writing & speaking fluently

·        Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office & Googling
