We are looking for a lawyer to join our expanding legal team. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice regarding daily legal matters, reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, liaising closely with other departments/functions and ensuring completion of projects in accordance with the current regulations.

Job Description:

• Report and give full support to the Legal & Compliance Manager.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial issues to business teams and relevant departments of the company, conduct research and draft legal memos regarding various legal topics.
• Review, draft and negotiate various kinds of agreements in English or Turkish including without limitation sales, supply, non-disclosure, dealership and service level agreements.
• Determine and report critical legal and compliance risks and define legal strategies.
• Work in close collaboration with external legal counsels to monitor and follow-up the litigations.
• Prepare and give internal legal trainings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal & regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and procedures of the company, prepare and draft such policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• 1- 4 years of experience in a reputable law firm or a multinational company.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Solid knowledge in contracts, commercial law, employment law, enforcement law related issues.
• Result oriented, analytical thinking, fast in action but with detailed planning.
• Ability to respect deadlines.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
