We are looking for a “Plastic Injection Specialist” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Departments
• More than 4 years of working experience on production  ideally within an international environment
• Fluency in English both verbal and written
• Knowledge of lean systems, total production management and quality improvement techniques
• Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, creative and eager to learn continuously
• Effective communication skills
• Effective interpersonal, leadership and coordination skills
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
  

İŞ TANIMI

• Following up the production operation at supplier companies
• Troubleshooting mold failures and breakdowns at supplier companies
• Providing technical support to suppliers
• Following mold modifications and maintenance at supplier companies
• Following up the spare parts of all plastic injection molds and requests order from procurement section depending on the critical safety stock levels
• Evaluating the causes of failures and breakdowns and carrying out corrective and preventive activities
• Preparing and implementing the required quality, machine and product control plans
• Preparing relevant reports and analyzes
• Reducing manufacturing cost of Injection Molding Process
