We are looking for a  “Structure Design Responsible” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Engineering disciplines
• 0-3 years design experience
• Knowledge of material, machine elements and drawing
• Ability to use measuring instruments
• Fluent in English both written and spoken 
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office
• Planning &  effective communication skills 
• High attention to Comprehension & Quality of Work
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Carries out Mitsubishi Electric Manisa Plant's new developments and Engineering changes for Room Air conditioner, consideration of Elemental parts and Elemental technology in schedule through the following actions;
• Studies optimal specifications and parts in consultation with Mother Company in Japan
• Extracts and manages change points, their affects and measurements
• Summarizes  structural evaluation items and manage the progress regarding new development and value engineering study
• Creates the direction sheet and use up the surplus parts and irregular parts related to structure
• Clarifies the root cause technically and reflect recurrence prevention measures to the process.
