• Min 5 years of occupational health and safety experiance ( mining is preferred)

• Strobg communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Computer knowledge with experience using MS Office 

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervise day to day operational health and safety activities at mine site to include execution of required activities associated with the following focus areas;
  • Security and emergency medical services
  • Site operational health and safety support
  • Health and safety training&assurance
• Supporting the corporate H&S team and assisting the Corporate HSE and Compliance Director with the development of corporate HSE standarts and procedures and participate in H&S audits when required
• Providing H&S advice, support and assistance to the managers and members of the site management team.
• Identifying training needs for employee groups within the operation and conducting training sessions as required.
  
• Develops training presentations, technical reports, and standard operating procedures as necessary.
• Supports training program activities and provides technical expertise to support the HR managed training program.
• Ensures legal compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Serves as the key liaison for H&S regulators.
• Serves as an incident investigation expert/lead.
• Identify hazards unsafe conditions, unsafe actions and conditions that could result in damage to property, injury or impacts to the environment.
• Maintaining a risk assessment process for the site.
• Compiles and submits internal/external H&S reports monthly, quarterly and annually, as needed
• Provides support and assists with managing and resolving emergency situations
• Leadership through team building, training, coaching and mentoring
• Leadership in site emergency planning and responding teams
