As QA Manager you should be a smart, data driven, fun and collaborative team player who wants to work in an exceptionally people-oriented culture and play a key role in the future expansion of Modanisa!

What we expect from you:

• Establishing quality management system and Social compliance standards for Modanisa & suppliers.
• Auditing the suppliers’ Quality Management Systems and Social compliance system.
• Improving the way of workings of some processes in Merchandising Department such as; Product Development and Fit, Fabric and Trim Purchasing, Supplier Evaluation, QC
• Implementing the projects of Quality Assurance.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and development.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Turkish and English).
• Min 6 years’ Quality System Management experience in factory or in apparel brands.
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office programmes.
