Retail Operations Senior Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and Senior Operation Manager for Modanisa.

What we are expecting from you:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills,
• To create an in-store customer portfolio,
• To increase employee satisfaction and sales performance,
• To manage customer complaint & suggestion system,
• To ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Head Office,
• To ensure coordination and follow-up between the HQ and the Stores, in relation to the activities of store customer service units,

What we are looking for:

• Preferably university graduate,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail,
• Preferably with an e-commerce background,
• Can adapt to the Store dynamics,
• Advanced level of English or Arabic is a must.
• Advanced level of German is a plus.
• Has "Passion for Fashion".
