QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Description:

We are currently operating in more than 130 countries and providing the content in five languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, French, and German by adapting to their local preferences. As Administrative Affairs Manager you should be a smart, fun and collaborative team player who has passion for fashion and wants to work in an exceptionally people-oriented culture and play a key role in the future expansion of Modanisa!

What we expect from you:

  • Leading and when necessary, procuring facilities management services (security, staff transportation, cafeteria, building maintenance),
  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems,
  • Planning budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies,
  • Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services,
  • Recommending cost effective changes to policies or procedures in order to reduce costs,
  • Monitoring administrative records,
  • Supervising clerical and administrative personnel,
  • Setting and implementing initiatives to increase service quality,
  • Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors,
  • Evaluating service vendor performance and reissuing contracts if necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field required,
  • 7+ years of experience in managing administrative support functions preferably for a multi-national, multi-location company,
  • Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience,
  • Knowledge of construction and building maintenance skills and systems,
  • Excellent communication and team management skills,
  • Excellent negotiation skills and contract management experience.
