We are looking for passionate candidates to join our Category Department as Buyer. Buyer will manage supplier relationships in different categories and contribute to the strategic growth of this department. 

This is a unique opportunity to not only impact Modanisa's growth trajectory but also the E-commerce industry as a whole. The mission of this role is to bring new product and expand our categories with different ideas to drive Modanisa's long term growth. This role will report to our Category Manager. 

What we expect from you

• Conducting relations with suppliers in accordance with Modanisa procurement policies and standards 
• Monitoring and reporting the budget of the product group 
•  Deciding the collections that meet the target customer expectations and manage these collections with the target profit margins and the desired quality and procurement process. 
• Monitoring product performances, to present the results of stock, sales and profitability analysis • Making regular market visits and consumer trend tracking 
• Solving the problems in the procurement process in coordination with the relevant departments.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related discipline 
• 5+ experience in e-commerce or retail sector 
•  Has supplier portfolio for responsible categories 
• Has analytical mindset 
• Experienced in ERP systems, 
• High drive and ambition to perform, independence, flexibility and speed; 
• Positive attitude and target oriented approach, Strong team player
