Integration Specialist

This role will help to integrate the vendors and coordinate the communication between vendors and information technology department. This role will report to our Business Development Coordinator.   

What we are expecting from you: 

• Integrate and manage the vendors and communicate with them to clarify data and process requirements; 
• Follow the integration process and help in on boarding the integrated vendors; 
• Collect the data, analyze it and update IT and Manage and fasten the coordination between Vendors and Information technology; 
• Perform troubleshoot on all production issues and recommend appropriate solutions for same and monitor all engine maintenance activities.   

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in the related fields; 
• Max 2 years experience in relevant fields; 
• Should have an E-commerce background; 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill set; 
• Should be detailed oriented, proactive, and self-motivated to succeed; 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross departmental; 
• Fluency in English is a plus.
