QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Description: 

 We are a global modest fashion e-commerce company. We are currently operating in more than 130 countries and providing the content in five languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, French, and German by adapting to their local preferences. We bring fashion and technology together with iconic brand and smart operations to create great value for our customers. We invest in each and every customer’s experience. We are looking for an analytical and data oriented Operations & Reporting Specialist. This role will help develop and execute operational plans, analyze data and turn them into insights that would support Modanisa’s growth in the long term.  

What we are expecting from you: 

  • Manage the reporting and operation of push notifications and also coordinate between different departments for CRM campaigns; 
  • Follow up with social media & marketing influencer activities and extract data from them;
  • Collaborate with content teams, gather data, contribute insights and convert the data into creative ideas; 
  • Check and track the conversion rates and gather the useful insights and convert them into useful actions; 
  • Track and coordinate the promoted ads to performance marketing; 
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting for assigned areas of responsibility, including key input.  

What we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the related fields; 
  • Max 2 years experience in relevant fields; 
  • Should have excellent Excel skills; 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill set; 
  • Should be detailed oriented, proactive, and self-motivated to succeed; 
  • Knowing Google Analytics will be a plus; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross departmental; 
  • Fluency in English.
