We are looking for new talents to join our team as Senior/Junior Recruiters. We are looking for Senior/Junior Recruiters.

What we expect from you:

• Creating recruitment planning in line with Hiring Managers, during company’s strategic goals,
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment,
• Following the trends and insights to implement a comprehensive talent mapping strategy,
• Following recruitment data in line with the weekly/monthly planning and preparing and reporting the data for the executive
• committee,
• Coordinating and managing new graduate and internship projects planned at certain periods throughout the year.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field,
• 1-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fashion industry, retail or recruitment agency
• Experience working as a recruiter, working with internal/external clients,
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements,
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems,
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle complex and multiple tasks.
