Vat Refund Specialist

We are looking for an VAT Refund Specialist for our Financial Affairs Team.

What we expect from you:

• Preparation of discounts, contracts, sales invoices and Customs Exit Declaration lists related to VAT refund,
• Performing the necessary calculations and controls regarding the determination of the VAT refund amount,
• Preparation of VAT refund certification reports, relevant lists and necessary correspondence with the tax administration,
• To control and preparation of documents issued for VAT refund application, uploading return lists,
• Making accounting records for tax offsetting and deduction related to VAT refund request,
• Preparing the necessary information and documents for the determinations reflected in the Risk Analysis Reports, making sub-company reconciliations when necessary,
• To guarantee solution for the VAT return reports concluded or receipt of receipts for offsets made,
• Carrying out temporary tax and corporate tax transactions, preparing declarations,
• Evaluation of VAT return report and VAT Refund Risk Analysis System report deficiencies and completion of the deficiencies,
• Preparation of downloaded and uploaded VAT lists and checking their conformity.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related discipline,
• 3+ experience in VAT refund, attestation reports,
• Ability to VAT legislation,
• ERP programs experience (preferably Microsoft AXAPTA),
• Ability to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Having strong representation and effective communication skills,
• Fluency in English.
