ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Manage content creation as a single hub for brands, products with all own channels

- Manage Social media marketing and day to day activities including:

o Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customer

o Create, Curate and manage all published content (images, video and written)

o Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

o Develop and expand community

o Oversee design 

o Design, create and manage promotions and social as campaigns

o Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed

o Compile reports for management showing results

- Become an advocate for the company/companies in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate

- Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews

- Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing & metrics.

REQUIRMENTS:

- Female

- From 23 - 25 age

- Turkish

- Minimum 3-5 years of professional social media experience

- Copy writing experience is a plus

- Editor experience is a plus

- Advanced English is a must

- Arabic language is a plus

- Previous experience of managing social media for Real estate and Travel companies is a must

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience

- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social media (Give links to profiles as examples)

- Proficient in contact marketing theory and application

- Exhibits the ability to jump from creative side of marketing to analytical side.

- Displays in depth knowledge and understanding of Social media platforms , their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) and how each platform deployed in different scenarios 

- Practices superior time management
