JOB DESCRIPTION

The main objective of Key Account Sales Executive role is to realize the sales targets of responsible accounts. In addition, to follow the current dynamics of the market and to take the necessary actions. To work in collaboration with related departments to carry out daily work flow and to present innovative ideas and projects for sales increase. To have information about Mondelez International policies together with relevant local legislation.

  • Realize monthly and annual sales target for each account and category,
  • Plan promotions and insert activities,
  • Implement in store execution with the trade marketing priorities,
  • List new SKUs and implement in store execution,
  • Build strong relationships with customers,
  • Work in partnership with marketing and trade marketing team,
  • Participate demand meetings to secure right sales forecast,
  • Coordinate with logistics to solve order and delivery problems

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Holding Bachelors degree from reputable universities,
  • At least 3-year total sales experience gained in FMCG companies,
  • Knowledge of customer experience at reputable and international supermarket and wholesale chains is an asset,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Good command of MS Office Programs
  • Located in Istanbul,
  • For male candidates completion of military service,
