• University degree in Food or Chemical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in the food sector,
• Advanced level of English,
• Knowledge about Food Safety Management Systems, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, PAS96 Quality Systems, and QCMS, HACCP Standards,
• Experience in supplier quality and food safety audit,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Class B Driver's License,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Strong communication skills and capability to influence others,
• Result-oriented, planning and process management,
• Capable of problem solving, conflict management, and change management

İŞ TANIMI

• Learning all the details regarding the applied Quality and Food Safety systems (and respective policies),
• Supporting the Quality team in constantly improving the Quality and Food Safety Systems at every stage,
• Preparing each report required by the system,
• Planning the required / requested training together with the quality and other relevant teams,
• Acting in line with all policies, rules, and descriptions regarding Food Safety and Quality, being an active team member in the activities performed for this purpose,
• Reviewing product quality and food safety issues together with the production and maintenance teams by attending daily morning meetings, taking an active role in the root cause analyses and CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) management regarding the problems faced,
• Coordinating and managing the actions of process control teams and information exchange Supporting the team in issues regarding quality and food safety,
• Ensuring the quality plans are reviewed regularly and the visual standards and process parameters are set together with the R&D team during the process of improving/developing existing/new products,
• Monitoring product quality and plant security and its environment, quality KPIs (i.e. defective product rate, daily sensory panels, GMP, consumer/customer complaints), and supporting their management in a way that will ensure continuous improvement,
• Knowing the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position Stating his/her questions and concerns when faced with an unethical or non-complying situation, acting with integrity at every point of business conduct,
• Taking an active role in TPM and IL6Sigma operations initiated in the leadership of Continuous Improvement,
• Ensuring that the operations under his/her responsibility are performed in line with Occupational Safety and Environment regulations, the corporate Occupational Safety and Environment policy, and corporate goals and procedures; providing a healthy and safe working environment for those who work directly under him/her; ensuring that the employees work in line with the procedures and rules,
• Supporting the installation and application of the Quality Suite system,
• Attending monthly GMP audits and reviewing the effectiveness of weekly sanitation / cleaning processes,
• Participating to the audit and review processes performed in line with the PAS96 and Mondelez expectations regarding Food Defense. Ensuring that the operations are reliable in terms of food defense,
• Providing the required support to ensure that the current subcontractors receive 0 NI in Corporate quality audits and complete their HACCP validation visits successfully,
• Ensuring that the approval is taken from regional quality support teams by making the required risk analyses in case of any change in the processes of the subcontractors or any new product production in the current lines of the subcontractors,
• Providing the required support to achieve the 100% GFSI certified supplier target for raw material suppliers,
• Providing the required support to supplier candidates that are recommended by purchasing since they will provide an advantage to the business unit by cooperating with the purchasing division in the approval process (sharing supplier requirements, organizing technical visits, preparing action reports, ensuring the required actions are taken),
• Sharing the action report and ensuring the required actions are taken by organizing visits to the current approved suppliers within the framework of the annual plan
