QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering departments,
  • Fluency in English,
  • 6 years working in a manufacturing setting as both a lean/continuous improvement implementer and coach
  • Min. 2 years professional practice in project management of Lean Projects
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge in Lean Management, Kaizen, Six Sigma
  • Proven experience working with all levels of an organization, coaching&mentoring, and leveraging change management and project management skills
  • Ability to facilitate complex value stream improvement projects&root cause analysis
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Leadership, Change Management, Project Management are always preferred
  • Experienced managing complex projects and problem solving in an international environment
  • Leadership, persuasion, Conceptual and strategic thinking skills
  • Competency, entrepreneurship, initiative, Negotiation and organisation skills
  • Decision-making skills and ability to provide reasonable grounds for them
  • Analytical skills, ability to thoroughly analyse fact


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identification of CI Projects and Initiatives based on the CI maturity levels targets of the local organization (e.g. Quality targets, OEE Budget, Waste targets)
  • Conduct the CI Roadmap assessment on a yearly basis to evaluate the sites level
  • Define a yearly CI Plan including all identified CI Projects/Initiatives and training needs
  • Leading, mentoring and follow up of CI projects and initiatives
  • Monthly savings alignment with finance manager & update status and savings
  • Develop, improve and assure data quality of relevant business KPIs and CTQs
  • Act as a change agent by challenging all levels of the organization and anchoring the CI culture in the organization
  • Seek, share, and institutionalize best practices from both inside and outside the company
  • Proactively support Business Unit CI Initiatives (e.g. Best Practice Workshops, Cross plant Trainings, CI Community, Specialist Workshops …)
  • Proactively support Business Unit Digitalization Initiatives
