Application Support Analyst

We are looking for Business Application Support Specialist/Analyst into our growing Team in Urla/İzmir.

New graduate computer/software engineers are welcomed.

You will be:

• Providing application support and business analysis service to our client, operating in several countries. 
  
• Business language will be English
• Collaborating with other members of the team and learning from them on the job.
  

Required Skills: 

• Ability to analyze and solve the problems
• Being able to learn and use new technologies and integrate third party tools easily.
• Being able to share knowledge and collaborate with the rest of the team.
• Having a strong desire to improve yourself in business analysis and application support areas.
• Being self sufficient, able to take tasks without being instructed. 
• Fluent in English; good at English writing/reading/speaking. 
• MS SQL Server and T-SQL knowledge
• Able to travel abroad for business meetings when needed.
  

Nice to have:

• C# .Net development experience is a plus. 
• Understanding of webservices, JSON, systems interfacing concepts  
• Good analytical skills on software design (business analysis) 
• Graduated from engineering faculties of Universities (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics/Programming)

• Job position requires shift-based working by 24/7.  Applicants should consider this and being acknowledged that he/she will be working on weekends and public holidays.
