Buyer (Fixed-term contract)

Key Responsibilities: 

We are seeking a Temporary Buyer based in Mustafakemalpaşa,Bursa reporting to Senior Buyer in  Procurement Department. This role will work closely within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and other related departments.

Job summary: Buyer with 6 months fixed-term contract.

• Enforcing and monitoring process compliance to P2P policies.
• Facilitating bids, analysis and negotiations for goods and services.
• Mainly responsible for managing of indirect categories, capex projects, growers negotiation and contracting process.
• Managing day to day business relationship with key suppliers for P2P process with following P2P policy.
• Managing & developing supplier relationships to ensure continuity of good and services that meet the quality and price performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
• Min 2 years of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement area
• Preferably experience in Agricultural industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge and experience in indirect categories, construction services and Machinery – Equipment purchasing process.
• Problem solving and analytical decision making skills
• A structured and result oriented way of working, working carefully and taking initiative when necessary
• Preferably experience in Seed production services and capex categories.
