QUALIFICATION

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for you to have experience in:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience of all HR functions; preferably in industrial companies
• Operational knowledge in Labor Law and all legal issues
• Knowledge of ERP
• Good command of English
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people
• Have a high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness
• Strong analytical thinking skills with focus in details
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
• Strong documentation, organization and time management skills
• Goal oriented
• A good team player with positive attitude
• Multi-tasking abilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for:

• Preparing and updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with the standards
• Doing job analyzes and preparing/updating job descriptions
• Reviewing performance management process
• Evaluating employee survey results, planning of trainings / workshops and taking necessary actions
• Performing activities to increase employee motivation and engagement
• Supports the planning and performance of the social activities organized by the company
• Preparing job ads
• Planning interviews
• Completing hiring process which includes performing reference checks and paper work
• If needed, coordinating with consulting company
• Responsible for all hiring and leaving process in accordance with local labor laws
• To follow up annual leaves
• To follow up Health Insurances
• Preparing/updating or terminating personnel records
• Collecting training demands, preparing / updating annual training plan
• Planning orientation trainings
• Preparing/updating all training records in accordance with Training Procedure and related standards
• Joining audits and closing the non-compliance items after completing related actions
• CANIAS ERP system updates
• Creating reports requested by HR Manager
• Leading actions in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law
