International Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will be managing all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for Heper. You will be acting as a bridge between Heper and its customers by providing appropriate products and solutions in order to build and maintain strong relationships. You will be defining sales and growth strategies in line with market trends and value proposition of Heper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leveraging and/or establishing close relationships with key customers.
• Ability to support customer requirements and allocate resources.
• Actualising and supporting the development of the company’s sales growth strategy.
• Act as a communication bridge between Business Development, Marketing and R&D teams.
• Identify and develop new markets, business opportunities, and customers.
• Communicating and reporting market needs & trends to Management Team.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Eng., Electronics Eng. preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and professional presentation skills. Interviews will be held in English.
• Having a driving license and being mobile to meet with customers abroad.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and a great team player.
• Excellent pre-and post-sales account management and follow-through skills, resourcefulness and attention to details.
• Proven track record of designing, selling, and/or deploying industrial technology solutions; preferably in Lighting Sector
