General Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in areas such as marketing, category and product management,
- At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, economics or similar disciplines,Graduated from the related faculty of universities,
- Excellent English knowledge in speaking, writing and reading,
- Experienced in traditional and digital marketing,
- Good knowledge of social and digital platforms,
- Demonstrared skills and capabilities in analytical thinking and complex problem solving
- Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) skills,
- Preferred to have few years of experience in relevant field at multinational company, ideally in both B2B & B2C marketing national and internationally,
- Must have high reporting and planning skills,
- Be able to take initiative, have strong negotiation, coordination and communication ability,
- Strong follow-up ability, detail and result-oriented,
- Multi stake holder management capability,
- Comfortable to keep up with fast working tempo,
- Self-disciplined, well-planned, focus on details,effective note taker,
- Long term working aim who has responsibility and stability,
- Ability work with busy schedule and flexible working hours,
- Military obligation has to be completed for male candidates,
- Resident in Anatolian side of Istanbul.
Job Description
- Developing and executing annual marketing business plans in coordination with category-product management,
- Handling marketing related customer requests regarding traditional and digital marketing support,
- Managing our digital presence including preparation of social media contents,
- Being responsible for national and international management within campaigns, events and activities,
- Prepare marketing roadmap,
- Manage marketing (branding & communication) budget,
- Cooperate in market research activities with managers in order to identify customer expectation,
- Translating insights for future marketing strategies,
- Be in touch and coordinate 3rd party agencies to deliver campaigns,
- Carry out business analysis studies of e-commerce projects to document requirements to prepare workflows to make make Project planning to provide all necessary content and information,
- Follow and analyse sale channels according to region and country,
- Increasing profit and market share,
- Create effective and fast solutions upon customer claim and feedbacks,
- Analyse related data and report all activities to upper management,
- Planning brand and product placements,
- Report to upper management such as general manager,
