Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups in Turkey, is looking for Business Intelligence Executive.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below: DWH design, ETL and reporting developing of BPC requirements in the company. Managing all AMS processes regarding with BPC

Engaging in projects to analyse & develop in business process design, requirement gathering, facilitating workshops and technical configurations in Business Planning, Business Budgeting, Business Forecasting and Consolidation Reporting

Communicating with project managers / clients to understand the business requirements to conclude the blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support and continuous enhancements of the Consolidation Reporting CR-SR-incident and other modules if required

 

JOB DESCRIPTION                          

• Manage the architecture of Budget and Consolidtion systems provide documenting changes made. 
• Planning, defining, and developing schedules, activities, estimating resources and activity durations
• Leading the projects assigned as IT Project Manager, actively involving project meetings, staying connected with business owners and project team, planning and executing development jobs according to the project calendar.
• Managing all aspects of communications
• Analysis and documentation of existing process and applications for getting business approval.
•  Performing all aspects of managing project
• Controlling all team and stakeholder communications
• As a member of PMO takes part in improving contract management processes, share all gaining experiences through projects
• Ensure that the business intelligence platform is highly accurate, available, performant and secure.
• Supporting implemented BI solutions by : monitoring and tuning queries and data loads, addressing user questions concerning data integrity , monitoring performance and communicating functional and technical issues
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in ensuring data warehouse architecture development and utilization

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree from reputable universities; Master degree is an additional asset
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sap BPC Budget planing systems
• Hands on experience in ,SAP BW ,SAP BO, Power BI tools  
• Understanding of how IT improvement can impact business performance. Proven experience
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Problem solving and analysis skills to create solutions in a business perspective
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage a variety of cross-organizational projects (scope, stakeholders desired outcomes) working closely with broad range of internal and external teams
