Purpose of the Job

In this role you will be assigned to manage the daily Yield Management operations. You will be part of our Commercial Team located in (Turkey / Antalya)  and will report directly to Head Of Revenue East Mediterranean & North Africa & CEO.

About the role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

·        Monitor and control room inventory levels and rates to effectively maximize RevPAR and overall ADR growth

·        Analyze and monitor past and future demand forecasts

·        Conduct daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting

·        Create and maintain a 13 month rolling demand calendar

·        Provide Monthly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons with Global Revenue Manager

·        Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity

·        Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.

·        Ensure website booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional with daily comp-set analysis

·        Ensure hotel personnel is fully competent in the use of all systems

·        Work in liaison with hotel sales  and reservations departments as a team

·        Distribute all agreed actions to all relevant partners

·        Build and Maintain strong relationships with counterparts and partners

·        Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc…)points

·        Advice and coach the client in other operational areas

·        Any other reasonable requests made by management

·        Dırect Report to Head Of Revenue East Mediterranean & North Africa & CEO

About you

·        4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics or Hotel and Restaurant Management

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management

·        An international experience is an asset

·        Proven record of strong technical and business acumen

·        Fluent command in English.

·        Excellent presentations and training skills

·        Ability to present complex analysis with actionable strategies.

·        Meticulous planner and deliver before the deadlines.

·        Team player

·        Ability to quickly learn new and multiple markets and understand the different dynamics
