Spare Parts Sales and Marketing Specialist

Located in Çiğli, Izmir Turkey, MP Technic is a corporate company providing production support, technical service, spare parts and innovative solutions globally for cigarette industry.

As MP Technic, we are looking for a "Spare Parts Sales and Marketing Specialist'' who will be able to meet following qualifications for our Spare Parts division located in Çiğli, İzmir.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree from Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, International Trade, Logistics or Relevant Departments
  
• Excellent communication in English
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
• Must have a valid driver’s licence
• Military service must be completed for male candidates
• No restriction in travelling

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordination and organisation of spare parts offers and orders within a market suitable time period, ensuring customer’s satisfaction
• Supporting the sales and service departments in regards to spare parts
• Technical clarification in regards to spare parts and/or recommended spare parts lists and offers
• Proactive approach on spare parts sales
• Follow-up for quotations and evaluation of reasons for not received orders
• Follow up the records of all service and warranty requests in the related software system, to make reservation and order transactions
• Being in coordination with the accounting department for ordering, billing and controlling of spare parts
• Monitoring of debtors accounts and active collection of outstanding invoices together with the finance department
• Tracking and evaluating complaints about spare parts orders
• Reporting the turnover statistics to the after sales services manager 
• Preparation of customer data (enquiries, orders) as required (like machine serial number, deliver address, checking of correct part numbers, is part installed in machine, etc.) 
• Tracking the delivery process of the spare part orders in coordination with the related department 
• Arranging periodic and project based customer visits
