QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The leading international travel agency  “Meeting Point Turkey” who is operating 8 different region in Turkey, is grow by leaps and bounds in Istanbul region and now looking for “IT Helpdesk Specialist".

  • University or Vocational School Degree
  • Min of 2-3 years of experience within a Multi-National Company environment,
  • Excellent English written and verbal communications skill is required,
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to position IT as a tool for supporting the business
  • Knowledge on Windows OS, MS Office and MS cloud solutions on fundamental level
  • Having knowledge on TCP/IP and client connectivity on fundamental level
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to support End-User devices


İŞ TANIMI

  • Being single point of contact for all IT related matters in Meeting Point Istanbul Office
  • Evaluating, prioritizing and responding to incidents and service requests in a timely manner to assist users for experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer-related technologies
  • Dispatching the incidents and service requests to the right person in IT team in Head Office, informing the user, and finalizing the service request
  • Understanding the corporate standards and being able to operate and perform maintenance accordingly
  • Providing and directing support to the users, keeping records about the necessary registration and reporting systems
  • Installing computer hardware, preparing the necessary settings and following up periodical maintenance schedules
  • Keeping up-to-date on all Service Desk/ Helpdesk processes and troubleshooting procedures
  • Creating daily service level reports
