QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The leading international travel agency “Meeting Point Turkey” which has operations in 8 different regions in Turkey is looking for Budgeting&Reporting Manager for its dynamic, success-oriented and highly motivated team in Antalya.

About the role / Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for all budgeting & reporting processes of the Meeting Point Turkey,
  • Assist the Local and Global Management in formulating, implementing and executing the financial strategy of Meeting Point Turkey,
  • Collaborating with departments and managers regarding the reporting and budgeting processes and information required for proper and timely disclosures and ad hoc reports
  • Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements,
  • Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies,
  • Managing relationships with external auditors
  • Ensure that administrative, financial, risk management and reporting tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner,
  • Preparation of all Ad-hoc reporting process.

About You

  • +10 years of work experience, ideally with a reputable multinational and/or audit firm, Ideally 4 or 5 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Background in Big 4 Public Accounting is a big asset,
  • Natural leader who can manage large teams,
  • Extensive experience in budgeting/forecasting, controlling, management reporting,
  • Excellent command of the English language,
  • SAP knowledge and familiarity with IT systems is an asset,
  • Ability to manage change and cope with multiple tasks whilst working to tight deadlines,
  • Sound analytical skills and experience translating a strategic vision into an operational model
  • Ability to effectively trouble shoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment,
  • Highly motivated, agile and self-starter
