    • Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant disciplines (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or Architecture) 

 • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale super structure projects 

 • Aware of up-to-date seismic specifications 

 • Experience in managing complex projects is a must 

 • Experience in Hospital Construction is a plus 

 • Experience in international consultancy companies is a plus 

 • As a good planner with exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, have ability to present ideas and negotiate 

 • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Primavera and AutoCAD 

 • Excellent communication skills 

 • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately 

 • Agile, Self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented 

 • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken 

 • Living in Yozgat or no restrictions to live in Yozgat 

 • No military obligation for male candidates 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 • Responsible to represent MR on the Project Site 

 • Report all critical HSE and Quality issues/incidents to CTO as soon as they occur 

 • Review and evaluate EPC-C’s progress reports, LTA and MR’s Consultants reports and provide comments/summaries to CTO 

 • Review and evaluate EPC-C’s monthly progress payment certificates and initiate MR’s approval process by producing relevant approval form 

 • Monitor and ensure that best efforts are made by the EPC-C to achieve project milestones in full compliance with the technical provisions and standards 

 • Provide early warnings to prevent any potential problems, challenges, bottle necks of the project before its occurrence and advise CTO accordingly 

 • Monitor Site Activities with Project Management, Quality Control and HSE points of view and reports to CTO with daily and monthly reports which includes: 

      * Follow-up of Daily Site Activities 

      * Follow-up Daily Resource Allocations (manpower, material, equipment etc.) 

      * Compare actual and planned site progress, item by item shown in breakdown list and find reasons of deviations 

      * Make Daily Quality Control Issues Surveillance Inspections and (if necessary) opens records, at the end of each day follow-up closure and reports accordingly 

     * Make Daily Quality Control Issues Non-compliance site checks and (if necessary) opens records, at the end of each day follow-up closure and reports accordingly 

      * Make Health and Safety Issues Daily Surveillance Inspections and (if necessary) opens records, at the end of each day follow-up closure and reports accordingly 

      * Make Health and Safety Issues Daily Non-compliance site checks and (if necessary) opens records, at the end of each day follow-up closure and reports accordingly 

 • Prepare the base of Monthly Reports of the MR derived from overall summary of daily base reports, EPC-C progress reports, LTA and MR’s consultants reports mentioned above. This summary built-up with numeric values of statistical graphics and finalize with wording of trends in decrease, increase or stand-by. 

 • Act as liaison point with the Administration, EPC-C and FMCo site representatives 

 • Manage and coordinate site based MR consultants; Quality Verification, HSE, Transition/Commissioning management consultants, etc. 

 • Attend site meetings with MR management, LTA, EPC-C, FMCo as required and report all outcomes of such meetings to CTO
