QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As MRC Turkey, we are looking for a Junior Finance and Administration Specialist to work with us in our Ankara office.

What you will be working on?

  • Collecting timecards of the consultants and combining them into one Time Report.
  • Recording realized cost figures of projects to project finance files and calculate their revenues.
  • Updating the projection of project finance files with the help of project managers.
  • Updating the resource projection of the projects using the finance files.
  • Preparing the monthly Profit & Loss table and Balance Sheet in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Preparing the monthly cash flow statement.
  • Preparing the monthly/yearly financial review presentations for management.
  • Assisting accounting department by providing information and supporting documents.
  • Preparing invoices and following-up the payments.
  • Assisting the end to end commercial management process.

What we are looking for?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Eager to learn and research,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Good knowledge of English both written and spoken,
  • Newly graduate or at most 2 years experience,
  • Basic knowledge in Turkish accounting system(uniform chart of accounts) and IFRS,
  • Self-discipline,
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines with good time management skills,
  • No military obligation or postponed for two years for male candidates.
