QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or master degree in Educational Technology, Business Administration or relevant departments,
• Minimum 3 years of learning function experience.
• Management of online training platforms, training assignments, measurement and follow-up.
• Developing digital training content / conducting the development.
• Reporting and measurement of training/development activities.
• Can use the learning design tools.
• Experience in need analysis, design and delivery of learning programs.
• Experience in training delivery preferably in onboarding and culture trainings.
• Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile with planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication, will to take initatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Designs, develops, and deploys learning assets including eLearning, videos, instructor-led (in-person and virtual), job aids, learning journeys, case studies, and learning experiences using a variety of modalities, including microlearning and blended learning capabilities.
• Incorporates knowledge of instructional design theory, adult learning principles and evaluation methods to guide the design process.
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive eLearning content, following storyboards, design documents and scripts using Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360 or other authoring tools.
• Create and execute project plans that will meet established priorities and deadlines, including conducting needs analysis, setting project goals, scope, and identifying and managing risks.
• Test, identify and resolve any issues that learners could face when navigating through the eLearning courses.
• Acts and adapts to support roles within the team when needed to fulfill urgent or ad hoc requests.
• Stay current on learning best practices and share trends in the spirit of team development.
