Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor;

• Graduate from Engineering faculties of universities (Chemichal Engineer, Chemist, Pharmacist),
• Proven industry experience in aseptic production methods in a pharmaceutical environment with a track-record of implementing new technologies into GMP manufacture,
• Minimum production experienced in Pharma İndustry (Aseptic) for 5 years,
• Extensive experience GMP production experience and an understanding of the required regulatory standards for the production of Aseptic pharmaceutical products,
• Fluent English knowledge is must,
• Experience in ERP systems,
• Good analytical and problem solving skills for a sustainable and powerful relationship with stakeholders,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good at human relations,
• Able to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

      Job Description

• Leading day to day aseptic processing of pharmaceutical products by supporting the development of new processing techniques,
  
• Providing technical support to production staff involved in the aseptic processes, troubleshooting and supporting process investigations where required,
  
• As the Aseptic Production Supervisor, you will ensure the production area operates to a high standard and is compliant with GMP and other regulatory standards,
  
• Support the Functional Manager to encourage strategic and technological improvements to aseptic processing control.
