Summary

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist manages the compensation and benefits processes in line with market trends, benchmark results  and company needs. As Compensation&Benefits Specialist , you will report to“Org. Development & Training, Comp. and Benefits Manager”.

What does a Compensation & Benefits Specialist do?

• To assist in development and administration of compensation strategy and structure,
• Managing salary and benefits of the employees,
• Following market trends in total rewards,
• Preparing compensation and salary reports and cost analysis,
• Managing salary increases and benchmarking, reward management, job evaluation, compensation and benefits processes,
• Contributes in the compensation surveys,
• Advices and guides other members of HR team on C&B topics,
• Preparing and monitoring annual company personnel budget

We are looking for candidates with these competencies and technical knowledge

• Graduated from the  bachelor / master degree departments of universities
• Min 2 years Experience in job analysis, total rewards and salary calculations
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs ( especially excel)
• Having planning, follow-up and coordination skills
• Problem- solving skills, result -oriented
