Performance and Compensation Assistant Specialist

We are looking  for a new  Performance and Compensation Assistant  Specialist  to join our  team in the Izmir  area  reporting to the   Performance and Compensation Assistant  Specialist 

Qualifications

• Graduated from the related bachelor / master degree departments of universities, Industrial Engineering is preferred,
• Minimum 1 year similar experience is preferred ,
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written) is a must,
• Good computer skills and advanced Excel is a must.

• Should be presentable and have a strong  verbal and written skills which is the ability of represent,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented ,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills ,
• Have excellent attention to detail while multitasking

Responsibilities

• Implementation of processes within the scope of Performance Management System practices,
• Assisting to monitor, update and improve the KPI’s and competencies identified in line with the Company's strategies,
• Assisting to plan the Performance Management System schedule and to make the necessary planning before performance evaluation,
• Preparation of necessary statistical data and reports after the evaluation period,
• Analyzes the impact of employee performance interventions  on organizational performance and provides reports to management.
• Reporting and monitoring of salary and premium systematics within the scope of Performance Management System.
