QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

MT Displays is a multinational group of companies with production facilities in 3 factories based in Turkey, distribution and warehousing facilities in 2 overseas
countries and finally sales & marketing activities over 84 countries in the world. It provides all needs for display and sign industry since 1993.
Over the years the company grew consistently in the offerings in global markets.

SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our SAP and CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build close relations with customers and close sales.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduated,
  • Min 2 years of experience in domestic / international sales,
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Good for teamwork, successful in human relations, able to manage customers 360 degrees
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning, follow-up and organizational skills, and able to effectively manage relations with company departments
  • Fluent in English  and /or German (2 person to be hired)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Preferably experience in SAP or similar ERP programs,

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Handling customer requests, preparing offers, closing orders,
  • Knowledge about export and domestic sales processes,
  • Following the stages of requet, offer, order, production and shipment,
  • Preparing sales charts and analyses about customers
  • Conducting regular online and physical customer meetings,
  • Work location Bostancı, İstanbul
