Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist for our international company operating in energy sector with following qualifications;

• Bachelor degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll process and personal affairs,
• Proficiency level in English,
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labour Law 4857 and Social Security Insurance legislation,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Strong organization, planning, multitasking and time management skills,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications,
• Location İstanbul (Europe)
• Completed military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Executing primary payroll procedures and employee relations,
• Knowledge of employment law and labor relations to advise, coach and develop action plans accordingly,
• Execution and follow-up all legal notices in the scope of personal affairs,
• Be a business supporter, enabler for HR related requirements (i.e. recruitment processes, payroll, personnel affairs, training, performance management, career management, compensation),
• Assessing training needs of the organization, execution of the training plans in line with the training budget and organization of trainings,
• Providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation and guide employees in the use of general HR processes, policies and procedures,
• Supporting recruitment process, such as job posting, pre-screening, interviews, reference checks and other related needs,
• Performing the onboarding process and orientation of new employees,
• Preparing monthly reports for both internal use and external government agencies,
• Managing employee engagement activities,
• Being responsible for various HR projects (Workday).
